SKINCARE ROUTINE FOR TEENS.

Teenagers are confused in the beginning because they don't know much about skin and skincare products. For teens, you people need to keep it simple as much as possible because your skin is already doing a lot of work for free. I'll tell you a very basic and simple skincare routine for daily basis.


STEP 1 : FACE WASH.

First you should choose a good face wash which is not in trend but in the market for so long basically, a trusted brand and works for all skin types at least for your skin type so wash your face morning and night with suitable face wash massaging for 1 minute and washing it thoroughly you can use luke warm water.



STEP 2 : MOISTURIZER.

The second step is moisturizing. It's essential to keep your skin hydrated, so moisturize it with a suitable moisturizer for your skin. Use the moisturizer by gently massaging it and allowing it to absorb into the skin. And as I said before, don't fall for trending products, alright.



STEP 3 : SUNSCREEN.

So, you might be aware of why Sunscreen is important for your skin and if not I'll tell you, Sunscreen works as a shield for your skin and protects it from sun rays. Those rays are called UV rays, which are not good for the skin; they damage your skin and can cause premature aging etc.

So, the question arises here is which sunscreen should you use? there are alot of good sunscreen out there but as you guys have really gentle skin use SPF 30 for your skin of a good brand. Use the Sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before going out if you are staying at home it's your wish you use it because you are young so dont overdo anything whatever it might be okay.



STEP 4 : LIP BALM.

Alright, the last step is here, which some of you may not really remember or might miss it by mistake. So, use a good lip balm from Nivea or simply use Vaseline, which is the absolute best lip balm for anyone, from teens to adults.


BONUS.

1. Stay Hydrated : drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water a day.

2.Good Diet: eat healthy foods also junk foods sometimes because overdoing anything is not good as i said before and don't skip meals specially breakfast.

3.do some workout: i'm not saying to do those hard workouts, just a bit of walking and moving your body is enough.


This tips will help you for sure and most importantly enjoy your Teenage years because these are the best days GOOD LUCK! SWEET TEEN.
