Teenagers are confused about their haircare, skincare, makeup and all the things they have in their life and why not they should be careful enough while doing anything cause whatever they do good or bad in this special years that will help them in future or loss for them it's a good thing but yes, it's hard to find and understand anything with these many things on internet. So, let's tell you beautiful teens some safe and effective things to use for taking care of your hair.

1. washing hair

The first thing is washing your hair properly it only contains 2 steps number one cleaning and number two nourishing. So, first wash your hair properly with a good shampoo here the thing which is important more than cleaning your hair properly is having a safe and good shampoo. Look shampoos are just for cleaning your hair properly it won't grow your hair faster maybe few does but not all of them but the most harmful thing they do is hair fall yes, they do so make sure don't go for big famous brands some brands have really good ones but as i said not all are good. Look checking for those harmful chemicals is confusing and the best way to know is just by using honestly! so use a mini one and see if your hair falls so much like it should be 30 hair strands maximum and if it is more than this or too much then trust me stop using it cause it's not normal at all. some people and specially you teen girls are concerned and confused at the same time so you might think that its normal, no it's not ok. when you are done with your hair cleaning properly with a good shampoo here comes the 2nd step honestly i don't feel it's necessary but if you want to then use conditioners for nourishing just once in a week or in 2 weeks cause you are young teens yes i can suggest to use 2 times a week conditioning for those who's age is like 17,18 or 19 but not the beginning teens don't make yourself regret in future and be careful with the conditioner chemicals i believe that most of the conditioners out there are good enough so just be careful with the chemicals.



2. care before washing

In this step you have to do only one thing that's oiling i am talking about all teenagers if it's there a difference the i will mentioned as i did before. So, oiling is giving the real food of your hairs so i simply suggest coconut oil the most effective hair oil apply hair oil 2 -3 hours before shampoo or at night and do shampoo the next morning both the ways are good it depends on you how much time you have or how long you can keep oil on your hair.



3. regular basis

So, here we have some things that we do on regular basis like do detangling your hair daily and properly and detangle them from the bottom to up and sleep with a loose braid cause tight hairstyles can cause breakage and hair fall and don't colour your hair. yes, you wish to but it's not good like in a year its's fine but for the17,18 and 19 girls only once in a year that's it and i am telling again not for beginning teen girls and do scalp massage while applying hair oil.



The Bonus

So this are some things that you can do for more good hair eat good healthy food i know you can't do that daily cause you like burgers and pizzas but try it and both things are important so have good diets and you can do one more thing using serums. yes, there are good and safe serums out there choose the perfect one which matches you cause it's not important that the big brands or trendy ones which suits all influencers will matches your hair too. so be careful with that and using hair dryer is okay but only after washing hair and they are about 80% dry and don't, don't use. yes, you can get it with those 2 don'ts using hair appliances straightners, curlers and much more are bad for your hair heat is bad for your hair, use it occasionally and yes, that's it know that you are beautiful the way you are enjoy your teen years cause i feel that this years are the best years of life so have fun girls.
